I am autistic and I avoid public restrooms . I usually have to wash my hands 11 times after each use. When I have explosive diarrhea, I must make sure I flush twice and I wipe extremely clean. The thing that bothers me, is I know most people don't like the hassle of making sure they wipe extremely clean and wash viguorously after each use. So we have people of all ages walking around in traces of used toilet paper in their underpants.
