Low wages while prices of everything are higher than ever
Insane work hours, here in Italy the average wagie work 6 days a week + weekends, has a rest day a random day every week between monday and thursday, works an average 9 hours day with work pauses of 2/3 hours so you can't even go home during them if you have to comute more than 20 minutes.
