There will be a big "reset" and all currently good ones will retire. Then there will be some kind of a vacuum for a while. In this time period new surgeons will appear and their prices will be low.

Many retards will visit them. Then we will compare their results to see which ones are good and which ones aren't. After we figure it out, we will start going to the good ones and they will rise their prices, thus leaving us with 5-10 good ones, like today.
