A six tooth smile could mean two different things.
These aren’t real six tooth smiles or they are, but more of an aesthetic version, their lip curve just covers the sides
See, when in the upper is fully extended, it’s no longer a six tooth smile. They have lateral projection on both sides of the arch, indicating good structure
This is a real six tooth smile. You see how it legit drops off after reach the end of the front teeth. I don’t see many examples of a smile this bad, but it’s important to know the difference between an aesthetic and narrow six tooth smile. One is fine, the other needs attention
