for most men its also the sweet spot, early 20s is the age when mfs can easily pull JB and also MILFs
thats also when cardio reaches its peak and stamina is at its maximum coupled with still retaining great recovery capacity, and as a nomadic hunter gatherer species having optimal stamina is a really attractive trait since its key for survival
