There's different types of long faces

One of these types is just caused by a lack of lateral bone mass.
Forward and vertical projection can be OK but it you lack the width, that's what you'll get : a non mouthbreather face that will look long

How can it be fixed? Adding width with implants or fillers

Just look at this fantastic fillers result : it fixed this failo.

True long faces can't be completely corrected just with fillers

Dude had a shitty ES ratio and shit jaw width, his midface is still fucked, he's tilting his face up so frauding/ probably some lense fraud too

He doesn't has the best features to start with, that's why everything is still not perfect. But it's an improvement. His jaw is good and midface less sunken

Definetly, it's an improvement but shouldn't be seen as a drastic one, since like I said, he's looking up in the frauded after pic.
