Btw, I have almost all of those problems too tbh and I'm planning on getting rhino, bimax, and maybe implants. For the rhino my parents will cover it as my sister did it too and after a lot of begging they agreed, for the bimax I think i'll go to work 2 jobs on the senior hs - freshman college vacation and maybe save half and then repeat the process for the next vacation. Implants idk if im getting them so i still need to figure that out.
