It's different for everyone starting with a rhino isn't a bad idea if you need one due you a bulbous tipped nose or one with a dented bridge bc those look bad no matter how good you lower third or foward growth is most ppl start with think bc they think their nose projects too far which is different bc that might not look bad if the lower third is projected
Personally surgeries like a ccw or bimax cost alot so if you don't have the money nothin wrong with doing quick simple things like pinning ears or changing eye color via laser and rhino is still simple compared to lower third surgeries also a simple thing like pinning ears will allow you to reavaluate yourself in the mirror
