What it means is that women will go out with men for a variety of reasons other than physical attraction. They will go out with millionaires for their money. They will go out with high status people for their fame. They will go out with subhumans because the subhuman will never have an opportunity to cheat on her and will act as a doormat for her in the way that a guy with options wouldn't.

Make no mistake: when you see a woman going out with a man who is suboptimal physically, she despises him and loathes herself on some level on every rare occasion that she lies on her back and reluctantly lets him plough her.
