The only real effect testosterone/estrogen has is only on a few thing and to a limited extend, those are: hips, digit ratios and certain facial bones and soft tissues. The study only mentions facial bones (no dispute but that's only brow ridge, chin, supras, nose and chin) as well as digit ratio. The study also says that adult amounts have no effect and that it's only prenatal which do.
