I'm road to 63kg as well. 79kg at 183 tall and I still have a belly rn. But as I said, it's normal for frail subhumans with <8 inch wrists

Navy method is pretty terrible for determining body fat anyway, pretty sure it used to say I was like 10% when I was probably over 20%

I did a DEXA scan one time, which has given me a reference point for guessing my own bodyfat.

According to this calculator I'm 4.6% body fat. I mean I do have a pencil neck and excellent waist genetics but im more like 13-14%
