Perceived differences are far more correlated with age, lifestyle, Diet, interests etc.
The only studies I’ve seen show black men have a slightly higher serum testosterone level but this is also accompanied by higher estradiol levels.
Testosterone levels alone are not what will masculinise you. 5ar reductase, shbg, dht, prenatal testosterone all play a part any man can be HighT or masculine it’s not about race.
