Cope billions of new dollars are printed every year. There's literally enough of it to go around till the end of time.

There's actually enough everything for everyone (in first world countries or even those close to first world), just that it would involve the top 1-10% in society being far less powerful and very much less rich.

It's okay, technological advances will enable everyone to cope even without money. The average westerner is living life better than a king 100 years ago in a lot of respects. Poverty and wealth is relative.
