Every other group is just a mix for example arabs are just a mix of all 3, South americans are White and black mixed, Indians and Indonesians/aboriginal australians are black asian mixes

A Grey wolf and a Dog have a 0.15 genetic difference index, Asians and blacks are 0.19. Basically the index is the genetic difference of two groups. Every other mixed race group like arabs, mexicans, mediterian are gonna fall at 0.9-0.5 interracially

They're mostly interracial, in northern Canada they are asians from the ice age migrations. Those people (Northern Siberians) stayed north and kept their traits so when they mix with Southern American blacks (Carribean/northern brazil) you get the mixed skin tone but with heavy asian features (Enlarged cheekbones, Monolid eyes)
