It's 4 am rn and I'm planning to wake up at 7 am for an important exam I have in the morning but I can't fucking sleep because I keep hearing noises in either my walls or up in the ceiling above me I really can't tell

Everytime I get up to check where it's coming from it stops and as soon as I close my eyes to sleep it starts again

Because of this bullshit I lost another hour of sleep so at this point I might just stay up the whole night

I had to vent cuz this is driving me insane

yea then I took a 5 hour nap and catched up on my sleep i stopped hearing the noises

and the fact that it disappears everytime you get up, its ur mind playing tricks on you
