Bruh, which sane person recommends fasting to leanmax? Should have done PSMF/RFL on Reta + TRT (that's if you aren't natty, obv)

Fucking relatable. All I can think of are fats and carbs. Mirin your dedication, assuming you'll still be within your calories and macros - or just having a refeed day. I'll push through as well

cutting is literally the worst feeling ever its either u eat very early so u dont feel like u wanna die in the morning but then u gotta eat more later on the day or push thru the feeling of having ur stomach ripped half the day to have a good meal at the end of the day
the latter is what i prefer
sick so cant even do cardio to compensate bruvvv

all my lifts legit shot down and yet im still exhausted

im legit craving sm food rn and i keep seeing fucking food on my insta
istg imma do like 5 hrs of cardio and crash the fuck out on food next week

Mirin natty dedication

I'M on 200mg Test C a week, split into 2x100
Then on Reta right now 2.5mg (I just hopped back on, so low dosage)
+ Cagrilintide if the hunger gets really brutal)

And the diet is Rapid Fat Loss by Lyle McDonald

Yeah, being natty is fucking horrific. TRT is the best decision I've made so far

pct seems counterproductive
and im roiding with my frnd

i might need to pct off ONCE tho because i plan to switch countries to study
and i dont wanna be not pinning for some weeks but im planning on cruising for life anyways

only thing that keeps me going while cutting is when i look at myself in the mirror and see fruits of my labor

i was gonna push back my gear usage to another year cus i was going to originally hop on when im in another country but a year of gains left alone sounds like having a girl to fuck in ur room and not doing it
imma be on b&c as well with my frnd.

hopefully u achieve ur goals dont give up on the starving jfl all worth it after u take a look in the mirror and see ur effort

tho what do u think i should do? should i pct once off then hop back on after i get the test in another country ?
unless i have the longest ester test e wont last me that long or maybe i should take that gamble and order it as soon as i get there

Good comparison, time is precious. My advise: hop on now and if you can't manage to get T quickly enough within your country you are moving, that will be your (forced) PCT. Thanks bro, I wish you the same. Never lock out

Ok it’s getting worse, this was yesterday while I was outside

Right now my house is 23°C and I’m shivering again with a puffer jacket and a hoodie in my room

my body doesn’t like starvation mode :ogre:
