I was sitting at my gym waiting for my mom to pick me up I was so done I was gonna stop going to the gym I’m so weak I’m 6’1.5 and I weight 145. As I’m scrolling on my phone watching people walk by this guy in his 60’s who’s jacked comes up to me and tells me I’m gonna be big one day. I tell him thank you and then I went home and cried for like 30 minutes because that’s the nicest thing anyone’s said to me in years. There’re still good people out there and everything’s gonna be all right

Yea I Get it, sometimes its just what you need, right? But it shouldnt be, because people arent supportside enough in general
