Mandible doesn't have growth plates and can grow basically the whole life, especially if abusing hgh or having acromegaly. But acromegaly mandibles are rarely anything aesthetic. Iirc, maxilla grows too in such cases but in downward growth pattern.

I didn't specifically search for it, but something like dht + hgh would most likely affect face development in puberty beyond how it would normally develop.
