if you're slightly recessed genio is the better play for sure but anything above a bimax is greatly reccomended especially if youre planning on more things for a real ascension

Lol yeah he should've told beforehand tbh, but it's not crazy to pay that much for scans, had to pay even more for xray scans (for a different surgery) so it's normal

Ironically the maxilla barely changed, as seen in the top 2 photos with similar angle and head tilt, if u cover lower lip and below. Except for the fact the after photo is tilting head more towards camera. Bimax doesn't change the glabella. The bottom 2 are a retarded comparison

might not be the best example, but in most cases where the mandible is recessed, the maxilla is also recessed. Getting a genio on a recessed mandible and maxilla does not fix the root of the issue
