These are my current eyelashes. What do you recommend to help me gain more volume, growth, and thickness on my lower lashes? I see many people recommending bimatoprost and oral minoxidil, but I also see many criticizing them for the side effects. What do you recommend?

Yes, but is it possible to avoid side effects? Like the side effects of bimatropin, which causes fat loss around the eyes, and oral minoxidil, which practically causes significant water retention?

I've used latisse and I didn't really see any fat loss, you just need to be careful. As for bloating it's more generalised or edema in the feet/legs than in the face so I wouldn't worry. Keep potassium high regardless

Ordinary lash serum been using it for 2 months and seen good gains

How much potassium do you recommend?
3x sodium intake, all oral minox does is makes sodium flushing slower so potassium is the main mechanism to counter it
