Need to slowly lean down, eat at maintenance but do cardio to get myself into a calorie deficit (ik u can just eat less but this is better)

- Thin lips

Will try volufiline or whatever the fuck it’s called, or this device I saw someone shill before where it temporarily makes ur lips more plump

- Big nose, not bulbous, nor jewwy or niggery but big

Need rhinoplasty to make it smaller and steepen the angle a bit

- Collagen is below average

Better diet, tretonoin, collagen supplements

- chin and jaw are mid

Being on testosterone will help it a bit, but eventually I might need fillers/implants

- eye bags aren’t terrible but need a bit of help

Losing weight, better sleep, maybe icing them

- hair is messed up, it’s healthy and long but not
styled in a nice way so I look like a homeless lesbian or something

Need to find a good cut and get it done

- cock is mid

Need to pump and then eventually maybe inject l citruline

- For height (not a failio but feel like including it)

high protein diet, with decent amount of sugary carbs, no seed oils, test + ai + mk 677, do running 2 times a week, sleep 9+ hours, good posture and stretch often
