it should be just fine although I do prefer to get my vitamin c from food. one yellow bell pepper has 380% of the daily recommended value of vitamin c.

also avoid refined carbs and added sugars because they will destroy collagen.

yup whole grain bread only. I make my own whole grain bread. cut out milk chocolate and eat dark chocolate only if you want to eat chocolate.

I've read before that it needs a p.h of 4 to spur collagen production without being inflammatory.

yup whole grain bread only. I make my own whole grain bread. cut out milk chocolate and eat dark chocolate only if you want to eat chocolate.
