My neck is 16.75 inches. I have no absolutely nothing to get it to that size. The threshold for it impacting breathing during sleep is 17 inches. Just going on gear, or doing a few months of neck exercises would probably cause me to exceed that threshold.

Theoretically you could Botox the neck to fix it, but that's probably a terrible idea in reality.

Is it about the actual size or the muscles size idk much about it but can’t you have a big neck but not because of muscle and the post said it’s about muscle size
