In the netherlands u pay 1100-1500 euro/month for an appartment near a major city. Without utilities.

2k net monthly isn't a livable wage here unless you severely 'optimize' your lifestyle. Like living in a shitty studio, living in a village, no car, etc.

Brutal. The only reason I have cheap housing (3 bedroom, 1 bathroom for 550 euro a month) is because I nearly got killed twice by faulty windows that kept falling off the frame and nearly made me fall to dearh the gov put my family on priority list for housing
