went to 3 orthodontists . first one was dumb as shit second was recommended by alot of people and told me i need to get a palate expander and tried rushing me in to get it in 3 days . third one treated my older sisters and she spoke about my breathing and wanted to give me marpe . called up the 2nd ortho and he didnt even talk about a cbct scan he just tried giving me rpe for kids while im turning 17 in a few months. and the woman that wanted to give me marpe didnt try it on anyone else before and i dont want to be her patient 0. 
My case is pretty hard since i have one front tooth centered instead of 2 and no gaps really, SEVERELY narrow palate that messes up with my breathing and i cant breathe on my back . class 3 malocclusion that isnt severe but still makes me look like im forever jutting, crossbite and premature contact that fuck with my bite so hard i almost broke a tooth.
