Every job worth having is oversaturated.

My company forced me and my other coworkers to go to a location 45 minutes away because we had lower seniority.

A completely new location and this shit is completely fully staffed.

They said we are need but we ain’t. Driving 45 minutes to still not be needed.

I’m people watching on night shift rn and literally this night shift is fully staffed too.

This company literally has people lining up to do night shift. Something I’ve never seen at my nonunion jobs I’ve worked at.
