loose skin wont happen unless you have serious tits like the last dude in the before thats why hes coping with a shirt in his after photo. You have all the tools at your disposal to make a transformation like this and in a fourth of the time it took them.

Getting lean is so fucking easy, DNP, amphetamines, coffee, heavy weightlifting, restricting carbs that bloat you. the hard part is building a greek god physique after you get down to a twink body, im currently sitting at 235lbs, i went from 240lbs last august to just at 200lbs in November after my last DNP cycle, but i was unhappy with my level of muscle and i would have had to cut down to 185-180 to see my abs defined, and no way i want to be a skinny faggot with abs at 180 i want abs at 220. so i said fuck it to the cut, im bulking up to 250-260 this time, with absolutely 0 fast food, and training like a beast. Im ogremaxxing and perma bulking so that next time i take DNP i will have abs at 220, it might take me 3 years of packing on muscle but IDGAF, im a fucking truecel anyways. I will look like greek god by 25, then after that ill maintain, and "maingain" lol

Bro ive never been lean in my life after age 10 so i want to be lean atleast once just for looks and also to bring body to homeostasis for a while and see how i feel at lower bf. cause ive been cutting for around three months and my libido is death tier. this is my body rn btw 0 muscle and lots of fat to lose, how do you think i should proceed? im not a newbie to gym i just lost a lot of muscle by rotting at home thinking id lift after im a bit leaner so if i go to gym i can put on noobie gains at even faster pace due to muscle memory. I was thinking keep cutting and go to gym twice a week to try and get some musclle back, only doing upper body, Both those days. Will this work? calorie deficit on the rest of the days and dnp low dose intermittently as dnp cycles fuck me up hard mentally and i feel intermittent dosing makes me lose weight just as well. also where do you get amphs?

 
the hard part is replacing dopamine from food and red bull or energy drink,

Bro ive never been lean in my life after age 10 so i want to be lean
same ive been fat since 8th grade, even with my DNP cut I never saw my abs like i said i would have had to get down another 20 lbs to abs and jaw and i would have lost a lot of muscle at that point because i was rotting in my dorm at college instead of being consistent with my weight routine and eating healthy protein meals every 4-5 hours like i am right now.
how do you think i should proceed?
muscle memory is absolutely real so dont worry tbh. i think theres some truth to the bodybuilding myth that training legs has some sort of an anabolic effect on the body especially the glute muscles are the largest muscles of the body. So dont neglect your legs. like i said you should probably try to keep the volume low and do a few sets for each musche group literally like 1 set after a quick warmup for each body part if you really feel low energy due to the weight loss stuff you're doing. to be honest sounds like your main goal is to see your abs so dont stress about the muscle, just focus on having a successful first cut like so you can look like the people in the pictures above, even if you dont have much muscle you muscles will look more defined from losing weight and it will help you cope, but you can always decide to bulk back up and bodybuild down the line.

oh ive never used them. but serge nubret famous bodybuilder used meth to cut and he has arguably one of the greatest physiques of all time, he would just eat a big meal of horse meat and mexican rice before bed and he was shredded year round
