Both have a few preservatives which might cause irritation like sodium metabisulfite. Other than that they both look pretty safe. Second one has a lot more active ingredients. Hard to tell which one is more effective without knowing dosages. I would go for the second simply because it has more reviews

Both are scams, and the "plant-based" one laughably contains caviar extract.
