you're right that a lot of the "beauty industry" is designed to make money off desperate guys but it doesn't mean you can just ignore your looks and expect success in life. networking and personal branding are way more important than any surgery or cream ever could be. go get some real skills, build up your resume, invest in yourself like a business and you won't need those fads to climb the ladder of financial success. stop crying about it and hustle harder instead.
