They are trying to bring people on O1-A visa now

Since Trump has made h1-b so problematic companies are trying to bring people in the US on O-1A

When I asked how are they planning to prove this USCIS for o-1a visa. The answer I got given was

Bro, Don't worry about it. It's all taken care of

I have seen devs getting o-1a but it's generally people with like 7-8 years old experience

I suspect they are using this clause. Just give him some fat 6 figures pay check and then let lawyers do the work

Or maybe there's so high level compliance game going on that I don't know about who knows.

I like the US. California has beautiful weather, beautiful nature but there are a lot of hobos, drug addicts, cost of living is very high, everything is very expensive. High state tax, strict rules etc. but if the hobo and housing problem get take care of I'd happily buy a home after saving for a years and permanently move somewhere in Sunnyvale.
