Nowadays you can't really push yourself into the music industry and if you do you'll easily get cancelled over whatever. They do two things
- control the production: own the record companies and set executives that decide which kind of music is being pushed
- control the consumption: orchestrate trends via marketing, events, social media and constant attention to billboards and revenue; media opinion converts into popular opinion

Right now as a singer there's only a small handful of choices of vocal teacher online, and one of them is ken tamplin. He's basically the only one that only sticks to only rock (chris liepe ventures into gay pop and metal) AND can do it well, and says based things and I think the commies are working overtime to try to destroy him and also dig up rocks corpse to defile and shame it so that future generations cannot learn it or have any interest in it.

I mean now you can simply just conjure up whatever kind of song with AI so music doesn't really matter anymore but still.
