The thing is we have no access to the file and don't know what's on it. But that said I do not believe they have any serious evidence. But this is how the court system works. If two guys claim you tailgated them and you were alone then you get a fine for tailgating. Our legal systems are BS. They do not require actual evidence for sentencing you. It is sufficient if by whatever arbitrary standard it is probable enough that you did it. That's the way it is.
