At my work they are prioritizing women to be hired for fucking welding. They are hiring women every week now, it's like 20% women now. Before it was 100% men when I got hired.
I literally skipped post secondary education to work in a male dominated environment to avoid the shit tests of females and social games, now they are coming to male spaces
