They say you grow tall in your teens and grow wide in your 20s

20 years old and I've gotten a fair amount of compliments for my pretty wide build. Wondering if this will only improve further, did you actually notice improvements in your 20s?

I'm as tall as I was at 16, now 30, frame I don't know because I hit the gym for 10 years so I got frame from that only or with some "20s frame grow" as you called it.

I get acne, dandruff, bloating, and bad teeth when I bulk, all for unsatisfying results. Can't cheat my genes. I was born to be skinny. I'd rather keep my face intact than destroy it through bulking.

happened to me but I have a hormonal disorder that affects bone structure that develops later in life so I'm not sure if it's puberty related.
