Just drank Potassium Chloride for the first time and I was worried I got sum wrong shit because I couldnt smell the saltyness at first but it tasted like absolute ass. For anyone thinking about it please just get the potassium gluconate pills instead or I heard adding a magnesium tablet can also make the taste better.

get a little square of toilet paper and put your dose in it and just swallow it. it’s called parachuting. if your toilet paper can rip into two half’s to make it thinner then it’s even easier
