I have fat gaps of no work coming up. I asked the manager to give me any available shifts, but I haven't got any more
The thing is, whenever I go in, there's always full time people doing overtime on the other team. And yet, us zero hour guys are meant to take priority for any available shifts. So I know for a fact there are shifts available, it's just for some reason the guys who are already doing 42 hours a week full time are getting those extra shifts, and leaving me with nothing
This is a problem, as it's just gonna make my parents pressure me to get a different job. And maybe I'll have to if I'm barely getting any shifts
