got me thick neck with <%15 bodyfat pilled, i have 16 inch neck in the bottom 15.5 inch in the middle at 176cm 83kg, i hope heavily i will get to 17 inches at %15 bodyfat 73-75kg or something it will be a giga halo. gonna use 10kg plates close to failure 3-4 days a week
