Thicken Fine hair

From a non balding standpoint, is there any way I can make my fine hair appear thicker, stuff like hair fibers or any shampoos that can thicken the hair strands themselves?

what i do is make my own sea salt spray with the ordinary multi peptide hair density serum, castor oil, peppermint oil, jojoba oil.
get a spray bottle fill it with water, table spoon of salt, mix the oils and the serum together and put about 2 tea spoons of the mixture in.

What amounts of each ingredient? And are you sure the ordinary product isn’t cope?

it's not cope for me. It's cheap so just give it a try. You don't want the oil to be too thick so more serum and jojoba, with a few drops of peppermint, use castor oil as the base. Castor oil is probably the most important so just use that the most, i don't know how much you wash ur hair so just use as much as you think you will need. I use half the bottle of castor oil and thin it out with the others. I wash my hair once a week.
