Thickening eyebrows

I had dark eyebrows but I think my eye area could ascend if I thickened my brows from the lower area to cover up some of my soft tissue exposure. I’m 16 already using castor oil and rosemary oil to try and grow new hairs but ive seen very slow results. Any way to speed it up?

Castor oil for thickness and Minoxidil for growth.

minoxidil and dye them a natural colour
