Thin Hair is fucking me up

You can look through my hair and see my scalp with any type of lighting (ESPECIALLY when it’s wet or there’s lights pointing right at my head [from above, sides, etc])
I have no idea what to do besides for hopping on oral minox and fin once I’m older, since I’m still in puberty..

Same, thinking of doing oral minoxidil at 16. Its so bad that when i take of my hat people comment it and say that im balding and they can sed trough it. I fucking hate it and i look like an egg with a cap on.

Eat raw protein (hair loss is protein deficiency, this is what happens with gray hair), raw fat (hair loss is hormone deficiency), and raw DHA rich fish (like Japanese who never bald).

Wash hair with raw egg whites, to get out the dirt, instead of toxic chemicals.

Cure leaky gut, from which you detox food particles through scalp, by eating raw eggs on empty stomach, in big amount, for some weeks. Also never eat grains and fibrous vegetables which caused you leaky gut, even again. Also, don't eat fish bones if you're a retard who needs to handle this other cause of leaky gut.

Found out it’s Telogen Effluvium or something (It’s just caused by stress and goes away after a while)
