lip filler but it looks obvious especially on men. your better off not worrying about thin lips, your a man so its not an issue for you.

Don’t get anything like that maybe lip lift if you only need slightly bigger upper lip but i wouldn’t worry about it

Bottom lip should be 1.6-1.8 times bigger than the upper lip. Anything more looks gay and anything less looks gay.
