I can do a few of these very comfortably but I’m really just trying to be as physically fit as possible

Going to prep my application tonight and see if it’s possible to get a 6 to 9 month contract
Giving myself 11 months to both get into shape
But also to save up money to actually get to Poland then Ukraine

Physical requirements
Be able to walk 30 in 6 hours
60 pushups daily
15 pull ups
3 minute plank
10 sets of 15
60 burpees

Knowledge requirements
Be able to make a windbreak
Be able to Filter water
Be able to make a Tarp shelter
Be able to make a Makeshift shovel
Be able to make a Field sewing
Be able to make a Splint and sling
Learn how to read maps
How to stay clean without washing facilities

Hopefully I can send the application tonight and if not ill send it in 11 months
