Everything, including cosmetics and the food you are provided with at stores. Even the technology and its radiation is bad for you.

Hunting is a good idea but you have to be lucky enough to end up in the woods where there aren't any rangers and where you will get enough animals to hunt down for your survival. Self sufficient farming is more realistic and more practical imo in today's day and age.
