- Not socialising
- Scrolling
- Ldaring in summers

- Not investing time in learning a good skill
- Letting fear of embarrassment keep you mediocre

- Not traveling on your own. There’s a reason rich/cultured parents almost always get their kids on some sort of immersion program abroad
- Not making an active effort to have as much sex as possible in order to keep up with your peers
