I'm 23 for reference. Since a massive chunk of this forum is 15–18 and actively ruining their lives, here is a list of brutal mistakes you need to avoid so you don't end up regretting your entire youth. I have made some of these myself and seen so many others make them.

1. Stop doing extreme crash cuts (Height/Development Suicide) Do NOT go past a 500-calorie deficit. You are literally stunting your bone growth, frame development, and brain chemistry during your most critical growth window. Shredding down to skeletal levels while your plates are still open is pure subhuman IQ.

2. Never project needy/desperate energy Don't go around begging for a social circle. High school normies can smell low status and desperation from a mile away, and it will only get you completely isolated and mocked.

3. If your reputation is giga-cooked, SWITCH SCHOOLS If you are getting relentlessly bullied or you're branded as the class weirdo/creep, do not try to "hard-reset" your image in the same building. Switch schools immediately. A fresh environment is the only real way to escape a ruined social standing.

4. Stop trying to LARP as someone you're not Don't force a cringe archetype…whether it's pretending to be a stoner/druggie, a try-hard fashion kid, or a fake bad boy. Fake high-inhibition behavior looks extremely uncanny and everyone can tell you're faking it.

5. Do NOT ruin your academics (Pure Water) Keep a minimum 3.5 GPA. Securing your future options takes zero effort compared to suffering long-term wageslave fate. This is absolute basic water, don't drop the ball here.

6. Realize that nobody actually gives a fuck about you The spotlight effect is real. If you're walking in the hallway alone or eating lunch by yourself, 99% of people aren't even thinking about you…they're too self-absorbed with their own lives. Stop overanalyzing every move you make.
