These are some basic things that surprises me that some people dont do here, no excuses, feel free to comment and Ill add to the list.
#1) GYM and DIET and SLEEP should be on point.
I dont give a fuck if you are subhuman, you should be in the gym at the absolute minimum 3x/week on an A/b/a b/a/b routine. This is the absolute minimum, if you are not doing this right now you are seriously a lazy fuck. Go to r/fitness -> recommended routines and find one for you. I personally recommend the routine that you will stick to, do not do a 6x/week routine for a month and then quit altogether.
You need to get good sleep, many people here cope with games/TV and get low sleep, and get puffy face, eyebags, dark undereye, and obviously worse for gymmaxxing. Recommend 8+ hours, everyone is different. I am bloated at under 9 hours. Fix your schedule
Body halo is VERY legit and low bf is biggest looksmaxx for 95% of people.
#2) SKINCARE, you should be following a good skincare routine, can not believe some of you fucks dont have glowing acne free skin and aren’t trying to. Very good halo to have. Find the info right now, not tomorrow, and order the products.
#3) ALL hair on your head and face should be impeccably groomed and styled. Hair on head: find a hairstyle for your deformed skull shape, find the info right now, buy the styling products, stop using 10in1 shampoo. When i got conditioner for my hair type my hair got much thicker (appeared to be) and had much better texture.
If you are not grooming your eyebrows every morning with an old toothbrush then kys, takes 45 seconds and helps me a lot, get the brush wet and then brush them whatever way, takes me from arched brows to PCT almost fully straight brows. If you have a shit beard or mustache like some posters here, once again fix it.
#4) PRESENTING YOURSELF LIKE CHAD. You should be dressing as NT as possible, if you wear anime shirts and super loose jeans, once again, very easy halo to gain. Find a fashion guide, stop being lazy.
BUY shoes that give you a height lift if you are under an optimal height (most agree between 6’2-6’6, decide this yourself)
Look up how to do this, there are NT shoes that give large height gain.
For you wateriswet mouthbreathers, I GUARENTEE many people here do not take these things seriously, yet are on a looksmax website. These are all extremely low effort and will affect your appearance immediately, yet some people dont work out and eat good foods here and cope with their 2mm recession as their failo and ignore their bloated fat fucking face. If you are not doing these 4 things right now, start all of them tomorrow, no muh schedule muh dont have time BS.
