Yes, her jaw was indeed recessed and her forehead doesn't go well with the over upturned nose.

I'm thinking of getting one, is it worth it? I don't have a problem from the front, it's just the side that's hooked.

Yes it’s worth it just make sure that if your nasion is too projected ask the surgeon to remove some of it and of course if your jaws in recessed like the girl than get a bimax as well

My jaw is not a problem at all, when I take a side profile picture, I cut it from the middle of my nose, when I see the bottom of the picture (my nose in relation to the jaw) it looks perfect, but when I see the top (my nose in relation to the forehead) it looks big and hooked.

I think the nose lacks concavity ? but i'm not even sure that would fix it

Nothing went wrong. It was a good surgery but she has no brow ridge or chin projection which isn’t part of a rhino and she should get the recessions corrected with other surgeries / implants
