when i pull my arm back like during the lowering of bench press i feel some pain going from humerus to upper pec. anyone had that before

i tested curls dont hurt me. hell pushups dont either. maybe the squat bar put too much weight on my arm it ripped somethingjIs the pain really bad? If its not too bad and you can still move your arm around ok its probably fine you just need to rest it for a week, it will heal on its own. Also try and do some bicep curls and see if you feel the pain with those, if you feel the pain with those it might just be the bicep, and try the same thing with your tricep. But no matter what Id just give the arm a rest for like a week and see how it feels
Damn if pushups dont hurt then youre probably ok its just like a minor tear or strain or something like that. If it still hurts in like a week id head to the doctor. Ive hurt myself so many times over my life but I have never had any permanent injuries, in my experience unless you break a bone or totally tear or rupture a tendon or ligament, all you can do is wait and let it heali tested curls dont hurt me. hell pushups dont either. maybe the squat bar put too much weight on my arm it ripped something
