Im 16 yo, 180 cm height and 53 kg weight. I dont have growth hair at my torso ,the hair on my armpits started growing a little less than two months ago, the mustache hardly grows at all.

I'm a big fan of scrambled eggs and omelets, I eat a decent amount of cottage cheese, I get my carbohydrates from vegetable flatbreads/pasta, basically from what my parents cook for me
