I eat healthy food for breakfast like salmon, butter, olive oil for long sustain energy, skip lunch and eat big dinner early at 4-6pm rich in protein to rebuild the body everyday. The process of digestion cause inertia for 2-4hours after ingesting every meal so ingesting foods three times a day with 4 hours intervals is not beneficial for your body and mind but just a social construct bs from corporation.

Every 6 months you should water fast with electryolytes for the autophagy process which will clear up all the debris and damaged cells and reset iimmune system and improve the sensitivty of metabolism.

I do Semen retention to conserve energy during the fasting too, good combination.
